Small businesses answer their customers on WhatsApp, from one phone, usually the owner's. This gives that business a proper inbox instead: the whole team answers from one screen, on a computer, and an AI keeps replying when nobody is free.
You keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone. Your old chats, your contacts, your number: nothing moves and nothing is lost. What you reply from your phone shows up in the inbox too, and the last six months of your conversations come across when you join.
What it does
Built for shops, studios, institutes and small agencies: the businesses whose customers all arrive on WhatsApp and whose owner ends up answering every one of them personally.
Every conversation on one screen. Your staff each get their own login, so two people never answer the same customer and nothing sits unread because one phone was in somebody's pocket.
It knows your services, your prices and how you speak, and it replies in Roman Urdu or English at two in the morning. When a question needs you, it stops and calls you instead of guessing.
The first view you see is not "everything", it is who wrote to you and has not been answered. A customer waiting nine hours is a lost customer, and this is the screen that stops it happening.
Names, businesses, what they asked about, what you promised, and every message you have ever exchanged. Bring your existing list in from Excel or a phone export in one go.
Send an approved template to a chosen group. It checks your number's quality rating first and refuses to send when sending would put your number at risk.
Your business name, your logo and your colour at the top. Your team sees your brand, not ours, and the whole thing works in English or Roman Urdu.
Getting started
Usually finished the same day you decide.
Your name, your number, and what you sell. We set the account up for you.
It arrives on WhatsApp. You choose your own password, so nobody ever sends a password to anybody. Then you are inside.
Five steps with a tick against each one, and if something is wrong it tells you exactly which step and why, in Meta's own words.
Plans
One price a month, and it is the price. Every plan includes the inbox, the AI, your customer list and your numbers. Message us for current pricing.
Your WhatsApp account stays yours and your card sits on it, so Meta's message fees go straight from Meta to you. We never add a margin on top, and because of how this is set up, we could not even if we wanted to.

Priced once we know what you need
Prices are for the software. WhatsApp's own message charges go straight from Meta to you and we never touch them.
Your data
This is somebody's business and their customers' conversations. It is worth saying plainly what happens to them.
Who is behind it
DogarZada is a computer education and digital services business run by Muhammad Ahmad Raza. It has been building websites, online stores, custom software and automation for small businesses since 2021, and teaching the same skills to students at no fee.
The WhatsApp inbox came out of that work. Client after client had the same problem, one phone and too many customers, so it was built once and properly instead of again each time.
Message us and tell us what you sell. We will tell you honestly whether this helps you, and if it does not, we will say so.
