2. Our free education promise
All courses published on DogarZada are provided completely free of charge. There is no fee, no trial that expires, and no payment card required to learn with us. We will never ask you to pay for access to course content.
Courses are provided on an "as is" basis for educational purposes. We may add, update, improve or remove course material at any time as technology and syllabi change.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when registering, including a valid email address and WhatsApp number.
- Each person may hold one account. Nicknames are unique and cannot be duplicated by another member.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- If you are under 18, you should use this website with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian.
- You may update your details at any time from your profile, or request account deletion by emailing us.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Re-sell, rent, or charge others for access to our free course content.
- Re-upload our videos, scripts, drawings or written material as your own work.
- Attempt to break, scrape, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its database.
- Use our platform to send spam, harass other members, or share unlawful or offensive content.
- Impersonate DogarZada or claim official affiliation without written permission.
Learning from our courses and using those skills in your own job, business or client work is encouraged. That is the entire reason we teach.
5. Intellectual property
The DogarZada name, logo, website design, course videos, written lessons and project files are our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to learn from them. All third-party software names mentioned in our courses (such as AutoCAD, Shopify, Photoshop, Blender) are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them.
6. Digital services
Our paid work (websites, online stores, custom software, automation, drawings, advertising and design) is separate from the free courses, and each project is governed by whatever we agreed for that project. In general:
- Quotes, scope, timelines and revisions are agreed in writing (usually on WhatsApp or email) before work begins.
- Advance payment terms, if any, are stated in the quote for that project.
- Delivery timelines assume timely provision of required content, feedback and approvals by the client.
- Ownership of final delivered files transfers to the client once the agreed payment is complete.
- Where a project depends on third-party platforms or services, their own terms and charges also apply.
7. Third-party links and platforms
Our website and courses may link to external websites, tools and platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these Terms, harms other members, or misuses the platform. You may stop using DogarZada at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DogarZada is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, our courses, or reliance on the information we publish. Please also read our Disclaimer.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our platform grows. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest revision. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
