Most people come to us asking for a website when the actual problem is that nobody can find them. Say what is going wrong and we will tell you what would fix it, even if that turns out to be nothing we sell.

The list above is what we get asked for most often. It is not the limit. If you need a piece of software built, a workflow automated, two systems connected, or something we have never been asked for before, that is a normal conversation to have with us.
And if the honest answer is that you do not need it, or that somebody else is better placed to do it, we will say that instead. It costs us one job and saves you a bad one.
In your own words, in Urdu or English. Voice note is fine. You do not need to know the technical name for it.
What is actually causing it, what we would do, what it costs and how long. If we think you should not spend the money, we say that.
You see it as it goes, not only at the end. Changes along the way are expected, not charged for as a surprise.
Message a year later and you will still get a reply. This is the part most people are actually paying for.
Ask anyway. The first conversation costs nothing, and you will at least leave knowing what the real problem is.
